MUFON witness report: I’m pretty sure this was in 1984 when I was just 12 years old. It was about mid summer, but I can’t remember the date. It was quite a while ago. Back then, I lived in Howell, Mi.

I was a clear night, with only a few wispy clouds in the sky, and the moon was almost full. It was a perfect night look look up, and I was always fascinated with the night sky. I knew that by the time I was an adult, we would be up there with our flying cars, commuting back home to Mars from an honest day’s work here on Earth. Well… That’s what was supposed to happen, right?

Santa, I think he went by the name “Dad,” around that time, had given me a telescope for Christmas. It was the best gift ever, or maybe second to the Jetfire tranforming robot that I found under the tree as well.

It was around nine, and the sun had just set with still a bit of orange on the horizon. I had set up the telescope in the five-acre field between my home, and the home of my best friend, Ricky, then went to his place to have him join me for a little moongazing.

With the cold weather approaching, there have been quite a few Bigfoot sightings in the Mt. Clemens area, the most recent occurring last Sunday behind the local Buffalo Wild Wings Grill and Bar out on 15 Mile Road in Clinton Township. Officer Stan Down was called to the scene by BWW employee, Lou Klively, who was visibly shaken by what he saw.

“Yeah, I was goin’ out there to throw out the trash like I always do, and about this time I seen this big hairy thing not more’n 10 feet from me take off into the woods right over there,” he said pointing to a thicket of bushes and trees that line a creek area just west of the strip mall.

While it was hard for Klively to give a complete description of the person or thing that he saw, he is almost 100% positive it was one sort of Bigfoot or another. Said Klively, “now I know it weren’t no Yeti cause they live up in the mountains or something, and I can’t say for sure if it was a Sasquatch or a Skunk Ape, cause although it did smell a bit out here, that coulda been the rancid butter sauce I threw out earlier. So I’m gonna go with saying I’m 99% sure it was just your average run-of-the-mill Bigfoot.”

unidentified“Several recent UFO reports from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database have described what appears to be the same object – a cluster of three spheres that seem to be attached. Reports were filed on these objects near Dallas, TX, April 22, Crockett, TX, April 23, Kansas City, KS, June 16, and from Illinois on June 20.

A Michigan report for June 28 may be related as the witness, driving along the Southfield freeway, states that “I looked up and saw that it was a cluster of lights.” The object was described as silent and hovering.”

I have to say that whenever I hear the reports of triangular UFO’s, I think more of them in terms of the REAL meaning of the acronym: Unidentified Flying Object, instead of alien craft. My personal feeling is that many of these craft are either misidentified aircraft or at least experimental classified craft. Check out the article I posted earlier about secret aircraft.

One of the strangest and yet under-reported things was discovered in 2007.

Mark Holley, a professor of underwater archaeology at Northwestern Michigan College, discovered a series of stones – some of them arranged in a circle and one of which seemed to show carvings of a mastodon – 40-feet beneath the surface waters of Lake Michigan.

By all accounts this would make them at least 10 000 years old which is about the time when the first humans moved over the land bridge into North America.

The discovery was made by accident when a team went out to chart old boatwrecks using sonar. Some of the results jumped out at the researchers – why should stones be arranged in a circle? And why should one have carvings on that looks like a mastadon?
